Workshop with DMRC on Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Policy Interpretation

On September 23, 2016, WRI India organized a workshop on Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Policy Interpretation with the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC). The intention of the workshop was to impart learnings obtained by WRI India through a study of documents relevant to Delhi's TOD Policy. It set out to enable participants to develop a clear understanding of the policy and regulations for implementation on ground, and identify policy gaps, if any. Following an explanation of the provisions of the policy, a Design Charrette was organizaed where the participants were required to apply the provisions to a real project site.
