Workshop with Vatika Limited on Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Policy Interpretation

On September 24, 2016, WRI India organized a workshop on Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Policy Interpretation with Vatika Limited, a private developer group. The workshop was a means to familiarize the developer entity with Delhi's Transit Oriented Development (TOD) policy, and focused on imparting learnings that will enable them to implement their learning in the context of their work. Following an explanation of the provisions of the policy, a Design Charrette was organizaed where the participants were required to apply the provisions to a sample project site.
