This webinar focused on carsharing in developing countries. It was based on a joint multi-year research project between EMBARQ Global and EMBARQ India. We did a brief overview of the current status of carsharing in developing countries (Brazil, Mexico, China, India and Turkey) and then focused on two cities, Hangzhou China and Bangalore, India to share the market interest, user requirements and potential environmental impacts in two localities in detail.  All the results were collected from first-hand expert interviews and focus groups in both cities.

Clayton Lane (Chief Operating Officer, EMBARQ) lead the presentation, and Chhavi Dhingra and Heshuang Zeng presented the results from Bangalore and Hangzhou.
