FedEx expert, Gigi Wolfe, presented the basics of route management and designing on-ground operations. The presentation introduced the FedEx framework, tools, and best practices to enable you to provide an enhanced experience for drivers and customers while ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery. Following Gigi's presentation, Manish Pandey of EMBARQ presented a real use case study of these learnings to design routes for BMTC's chartered services to transport over 1000 employees of Schneider Electric's R&D Centre in Bangalore.
