Ltd., Brigade Group, Adarsh Developers, Mantri Developers in various India cities and conducted extensive surveys and audits. Large Indian cities such as Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad & Pune are filling the need of increased housing demand with the development of large gated residential communities, primarily located in peripheral areas of the city. Most of this housing stock in urban India is produced in the private market.
