With the city getting busier by the day, commute times are soaring, congestion spiked and the public transport infrastructure crumbling under an increasing demand. New businesses have stepped in to cater to demand and are showing great potential to alleviate transport woes in Mumbai by improving mobility options, discouraging vehicle ownership, incentivizing shared mobility, etc.
WRI India Sustainable Cities invites you to Mobility Meetup, a networking session on the 8 July 2016 at 6 PM IST. The event will be attended by likeminded stakeholders interested in the transport ecosystem of the city of Mumbai a combination of existing infrastructure, new business models and regulations can improve people movement in the city. The session will witness participation from Mumbai’s mobility startup community, investors and regulators. The networking session is being organized as a part of the second workshop of WRI India’s New Mobility Accelerator.
